I was an employee at one time. Time Warner Has enough money to sign contracts and not honor them. They also send techs to the field with sub-standard equipment. When install time comes, it is for sure that it will not work and they won't fix it for at least 4 days after install. I am sure they will make phone calls to belittle the customer. We were told to Draw out the truth(lie) to the customer on reason they would have to wait so long for trouble calls. I was technical support for internet and Digital phone. I was let go because I would be straight with the customers. Granted, that really pissed of the customers, but that's what they wanted. As for unions, never happen. They terminate you before you can even blink after saying "unionized". I was the 5th best employee unitl my boss wanted to further his career. He fired me, then less than 30 days later, he had a new position. I can't believe it, a Non-US citizen that defrauds the government on his visa status. I could go on, but I shall stop for now.
