Time Warner has taken over a completely fine cable system,Adelphia, and turned it into a money making scheme which borders on illegal. We are charged more for less dependable service and when you call to complain they always tell us that they are doing upgrades or a service person is in the area. It has benn going on ever since they took over. They had sub-contractors doing sub-standard work which the union workers had to come and re-do. Every time there is non school day our service is interrupted by the demand, it's way too coincidental! I for one am definitely sick and tired of the poor service and urge anyone else who is also angry to complain to the P.S.C. and their local elected state officials. If enough people complain loudly enough we will get results.
