Over the past year or so I have a couple of equipment issues with Time Warner. The union employees arrived on time, were courteous and professional, and completed their work in a timely manner. What about the company? This is a local cable monopoly. They are supposed to provide service to the community. It's hardly a service when they keep raising the rates and refuse to treat their employees with respect and refuse to negotiate in good faith. Remember, Time Warner management, that your employees are part of our community. It's time for management to be a responsible part of our community. Take a step...bargain in good faith.
